GAPRO Successfully introduce Value Analysis and Value Engineering

Working with a FTSE 100 global power systems provider the GAPRO Team have successfully led Value Analysis and Value Engineering of large scale capital plant development activity. With the support of specialists drawn from civil engineering, architecture, modular equipment providers and installation contractors together with customer plant designers and cost excellence teams, the GAPRO team were able to  facilitate successful workshops reviewing whole plant design, engineering and delivery. Engaging a cross functional team of industry expertise the team were able to identify, assess and prioritise significant opportunities to optimise future customer offerings from a time, cost and quality perspective.
