GAPRO talents help deliver largest power plant in shortest timescales

As part of a contract to provide Programme Delivery Improvement Leadership Services the GAPRO team have successfully assisted a European power plant equipment manufacturer deliver their largest single power plant into a developing country in the Far East in their shortest ever timescale.
Working with a truly global cross functional team drawn from four countries the GAPRO team were able to facilitate new ways of working, recognized by the Client Chief Executive Officer as a rather special “High Performance Team Culture”. The cultural changes, coupled with new ways of working and a relentless focus on delivery, cost and quality have enabled the team to shorten delivery times by around 50% whilst securing significant reductions in equipment cost.  “Fast, flexible delivery at a compelling price point is key to the business proposition of this high value capital equipment provider” notes GAPRO Managing Director, Gavin Armstrong. “Drawing upon our expertise of delivering complex high value programmes across multiple sectors, we were able to work with the Client team to quickly develop a new team ethos and approach that has successfully delivered truly exceptional results” he continues.
